19mm clear tempered heat soaked glass is a kind of safety glass which has all advantages of 19mm clear tempered glass. What’s more, tempered HS glass can avoid self-explosion of tempered glass after installation because of heat soaked test. Compared to tempered glass, they look the same, but tempered heat soaked glass is better and the cost is higher.  

All processes such as drilling holes, polishing edge, rounding corners, cutouts, cutting notches must be finished before being tempered.

 What is “heat soaked test”?

Heat soaked test (HST) is a process after the glass is tempered. The glass will be put into the heat soak oven after being tempered. The tempered glass with high nickel content could be artificially broken in the heat soak oven, so that it can avoid self-explosion after installation

Common advantages of clear HS glass and clear tempered glass:
